In my aim of using and rediscovering the make up I already own, from tomorrow I'm going to go through a drawer at a time and post old favourites and "Make Up of the Week" choices. Excited!

New Years Resolutions
Welcome to my blog!
New Years Resolution Number One: use more of the make up I own and not buy more of the same! I've been feeling this way for a while but today is the day- a New Year, a new start and a new outlook on make up collecting (/hoarding). I will keep this resolution for as long as is possible, no set time limit but maybe a few months.
Unfortunately (fortunately) I have a parcel in transit from Feel Unique of make up (Jemma Kidd Light As Air foundation and some Clarins...) but I feel this doesn't count as it was bought last week. Another exemption I think will be if I run out of an essential like mascara which strangely is the one thing I don't hoard, but I'm not going to make too many exemptions like this otherwise I'll talk myself into only buying make up on special offer (slippery slope).
New Years Resolution Number Two: lose twenty pounds by end of April, I'm a bridesmaid in May and want to feel as good as possible.
So I'll leave it here for day one, I've managed to avoid buying anything today and I'm looking forward to rediscovering what's stashed in my make up drawers. I'll update with my rediscovered favourites and with progress on resolutions one and two. Fingers crossed, wish me well!
